Romance, Reviews and Ratings: The Rose Hotel is Recognized on All Fronts
We’d like to take a moment this month to boast about all of the ways The Rose Hotel has been recognized for its focus on making our guests’ experience exceptional.
First, we want to thank Local Getaways for naming The Rose Hotel one of the Bay Area’s most romantic hotels. The article mentioned our “warm charm and modern luxuries” along with spacious rooms and suites adorned with a fresh-cut rose. Our attention to the little details is what sets us apart from the pack.
Speaking of those details, they also make us an AAA four-diamond hotel. According to the AAA website, a four-diamond designation provides a “notable splurge for a special occasion.” Trained experts conduct inspections for diamond ratings with consistent, objective criteria that include upscale style, service and amenities. The Rose Hotel doesn’t have an on-site restaurant, which is necessary for the highest designation of five diamonds, but we check all of the boxes otherwise.
Also, in 2020, we earned AAA’s Best of Housekeeping Award based on the highest possible cleanliness and condition scores. Hotels must have a diamond rating to qualify, meet incredibly high standards and be free of AAA member complaints. Winners are in the top 25 percent of all 27,000 AAA-inspected and approved hotels.
We know that online guest reviews are subjective, but want to toot our horn over the many favorable comments we’ve received over the years. We’re the number one hotel in Pleasanton on TripAdvisor, for example, with guests gushing about our service and ambiance. They rave that it was the “best time ever” and say we are “fabulous, elegant, cozy and welcoming,” among other accolades. Also, we have a 4.7 on Google, or an “excellent” rating, with compliments such as “exquisite,” “beautiful rooms” and “extraordinary service.”
Please come and see for yourself all the ways we work to make your stay among the best you’ve ever had. We can’t wait to welcome you!
While you’re visiting, here are a few fun events in the area in June that we think you’ll enjoy.
